About this property

Centrally located in one of Charlottetown's most delightful neighbourhoods. This house was built circa 1835. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, a forth has bunk beds, and there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the downstairs den. Its' large back yard is completely fenced, with large back porch and barbeque. Kitchen is completely furnished and ready for entertaining. Well behaved pets are tentatively welcome pending discussion with owners.

We had a group of seven volunteer medical responders stay at this location, while they were providing medical services at the Canada Games. This location met our needs.

Central and spacious

Close to downtown and the university campus by vehicle (especially in the winter). Good kitchen supplies and space for 8 people to spread out. Was very comfortable.

Nice location Interesting house

Outside of property very over grown and unkempt Laundry in a very creepy basement TV not working due to over growth of vines on satellite Owner very nice and offered a smart TV to use House interior was comfortable, neat and clean with sufficient towels and supplies Great location, close walking distance to downtown Charlottetown Thanks Nancy

Great Location

Great location for the 4 of us on a golf trip to PEI. Central to all the courses we played and within waking distance to lots of restaurants in Charlottetown.

Charming home in great location. 15-20 minute walk to main Charlottetown attractions. Lots of space for large family.
