Delightful, Family Friendly, Heritage, Urban Home Near All Amenities,
Centrally located in one of Charlottetown's most delightful neighbourhoods. This house was built circa 1835. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, a forth has bunk beds, and there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the downstairs den. Its' large back yard is completely fenced, with large back porch and barbeque. Kitchen is completely furnished and ready for entertaining. Well behaved pets are tentatively welcome pending discussion with owners.
