You are a short walk from historic Great George Street that leads the way to PEI’s legislature building, Confederation Centre of the Arts theatre, art gallery, artisan shops as well as many excellent restaurants. Confederation Landing Park is next door. Step outside and follow the boardwalk as it follows the harbour, passes the Lt. Governor’s home and leads to the city’s largest park that features nature trails and 10 tennis courts. All of this within a 10 minute walk.
There is no need for a car if you are staying within the city. After university studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax NS we settled in Toronto ON. where Fred pursued an engineering career. We resided in Toronto until 1997, we then migrated to Scottsdale AZ for winters, spending summer months in PEI.
Our hobbies include golf , renovating our century old family farm property (Fred) and travel with river boar cruises (Jean)
