The house is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood at the heart of Charlottetown.

The first floor is a spacious joint living room and kitchen area where you can hang out with your friends and family and enjoy the massive waterfront view. Cook up some freshly caught seafood in a fully equipped kitchen with an electronic stove top, an oven, a microwave and a large fridge. Right outside is an open backyard equipped with a BBQ set if you prefer a grill day.

This lovely home also offers 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bright balcony where you can relax and enjoy the waterfront view.

What a fabulous property

Staying in this beautiful house was like staying in a beloved home. It is one of the most comfortable and well appointed homes I have ever stayed in. Everything that you could possibly need is there and the location is superb. The house itself is charming and we enjoyed coming home each evening after our adventures on the beautiful Prince Edward Island. I so hope we can return one day. Thank you Rose.

Overall it was great Except they have cameras in bedroom and living room! I don’t think that’s legal!! We felt uncomfortable every time we moved in bed it went off! Think that should be addressed. I would like to hear back why they do that hopefully not Pornography for it could be a lawsuit!! Corby

Amazing house in great location!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Rose was incredibly nice, and the house was perfect when we arrived. The location is ideal and a short walk to restaurants in Charlottetown. We especially loved the second floor deck off the master bedroom, and spent every night sitting on the coach watching the start and ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great alternative to hotel

This place was exactly as described in the listing. The host keeps the place very clean and welcoming. Mattresses are hard if you prefer soft ones, but otherwise, this place is really nice and the host prepares it with lots of welcoming extras, such as a welcome basket, travel brochures, board games, a wide choice of coffees and teas. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel.

Fantastic house.

Our family of four stayed at the house and it was one of our favourites. Nice and very walkable to the waterfront and main areas of downtown. Super clean house and easy to find. Rose was super responsive to messages and the most attentive/thoughtful host we've ever encountered. Would definitely recommend this place!
