Adorable home

The host provided everything that we could possibly need! Very nice, clean, and updated home in a nice neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay!

We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital recovering from surgery, and this was the perfect location. Eric, our host, was very responsive and communicated often with updates and recommendations which we appreciated. The house had everything we needed for the few days we were there.

Excellent communication. Just as described. Looking forward to staying again during our next visit to Springfield. Only “issue” is that beds are set high and I am 5ft tall. But that is a me problem. House was great!

Great property - in town for a horse show - super convenient to the state fairgrounds. Clean property; great communications w host. Good place to stay instead of a hotel - great alternative to have more space.

Renovations a little rough, but it is an old house and fresh paint doesn't make it 5 star. Fairly quiet neighborhood and close to my event. Good enough to stay there again. Owner quick to respond.

Do not use this host!

Confirmed prior to arrival. When I arrived, house was occupied. Called host, he said 'I don't know what youre going to do, but you arent staying there' and hung up on me. No apology and zero remorse.

Perfect for Weekend Getaway

The house worked out perfectly for our family weekend away. It was within 10 minutes of everything that we did while in Springfield. Each bedroom has a bed and then there is a blow up mattress (which the kids loved). We would stay again.

Simple but effective

Nice little house. A little close to the train tracks and two hospitals so a little noisy but it is in the city.
