Your Tisbury adventure begins at this tranquil studio. Nestled in a pleasant neighborhood, this welcoming retreat offers a cozy escape for guests. With its comfortable king bed in the master bed room, you'll have a restful night's sleep after exploring the island. Down stairs in the living room a queen air mattress can be requested for your stay. A full kitchen stocked with all you would need to cook for your stay. The well-equipped bathroom features a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the modern amenities provided. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this studio is the perfect base for your Marthas Vineyard experience. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

From the driveway, the studio is right of the main house, up three stairs, to a combination lock on the door. When entering the studio, the spiral staircase to the right, the living room/dining room is to the left with a 27" TV mount on wall, and ahead is the fully stocked kitchen. At the top of the spiral staircase is your master suite with king size bed with an adjustable base, 42"smart tv, full bath with corner shower, and stackable washer and dryer. As a new addition this year we put in AC to enhance the guest experience but the island is relatively cool at night if you like the outside air the windows can be opened. There is a remote controlled ceiling fan over the bed and baseboard heat throughout the studio for those cold nights in October.

Have your morning coffee looking out at the sunrise and sailboats from your living room or bedroom windows. This modern studio feels secluded while only a mile and a half from Main Street Vineyard Haven, four miles from Oak Bluffs, and eight miles to Edgartown. This is the perfect place to unplug but does come equipped with everything you need, including wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, linens, and bath towels for your stay.

All guests staying overnight are required to be shown on the reservation.The stairway down to the water is not for guests and there is no beach access

Great place

Stephen was great to work with and always quick with a response. The studio was well equipped and had a very comfortable king size bed. Stephen provided a coffee grinder and the coffee to make a great cup of coffee every morning. Another plus was the location you're just minutes away from Vineyard Haven Oak Bluffs or Edgartown

Perfect quiet getaway close to everything

My hubby and I are retired and returned to Martha’s Vineyard after 18 years to attend birthday parties for friends. We enjoy Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven, but not staying on top of the hustle and bustle. Steven’s place was perfect: quiet, everything you would need for a nice stay: comfortable (bed was great and I’m picky); and within 10-15 of Oakl Bluffs, Vineyard Haven downtown, and Edgartown. (Hint: parking in Vineyard Haven near the shops is a challenge, but you can drive less than five minutes from the house and park on Vineyard Haven road near the intersection of Skiff or Mt. Aldworth Rd. and easily walk to everything.). Steve is a fantastic host - communicated before, during and after our visit to ensure all went well. Highly recommend this rental if you are a single traveler or couple who wants the best of the action and solitude.

Adult treehouse with a water view

This hidden gem is truly an adult treehouse with a water view! Perfect for 2 people for a week stay. We came upon this property when our previous rental canceled. We had to scramble to find something and MVSunrise met our needs. (In the spirit of full disclosure, I work in the hospitality industry. My standards are very high) The house is IMMACULATELY clean! Very well appointed with lots of (generous) conveniences. Like whole coffee beans in the coffee grinder, sweeteners, beach towels, bath amenities, beach chairs and tons of island information. The house has a very comfortable bed and nice thick bath towels. Did I mention clean? EXTREMELY clean! No rugs or carpets in the house, just nice clean wood floors. Stephen is a fantastic host! He was very quick to respond with our questions, he checked in mid stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This was not my first time to MV but it was for my partner this property made our visit very special!!

Why they chose this property

This is a Family Home witch was build by my father and myself with a master builder. This spot was picked due to the location on the island and the water view.

What makes this property unique

This property is only a 20 min walk to town or you can get on the public bus witch the stop is only a 10 min walk. If you bring your car this location can get you to any major town with in 10-15 min of the rental. Public buses are free 2026.
