About this space
Large single family home with a big outdoor living space including a hot tub, dinning table, two-level deck, Mountain View and community trails accessible by backyard gate. There are many amenities indoor as well to include a sauna, movie theater room with heated floors, piano, twin bed with slide, dedicated workspace office with heated floors, and a large open concept kitchen with multiple islands. This is a five bedroom house with an additional queen size bed located in the theater. No pets.
The space
Located in the heart of Briargate close to so many hiking trails, outdoor activities and more! The Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Penny Arcade, Pikes Peak, indoor skydiving, Topgolf are all within driving distance:-) The house has open space behind with a Mountain View.

This is an excellent property in a nice family-friendly location. The owner was excellent to work with and very responsive to the few minor needs we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing

This property is absolutely beautiful. Our family of five stayed here. However, we could have had double that and still felt very comfortable. The large kitchen is fun for entertaining. The hot tub and fire place make for lovely evenings. The beds were so comfortable. It very close to a nice walking pathway and about a block and a half away from a playground. The hostess was very responsive.

My husband and I booked this very last minute for our honeymoon. Everything was clean and ready for us with only a couple days notice. House was plenty big as it was only the two of us. Would be great for a bigger family with many rooms and different spaces to spread out if needed. We had never been in the area prior, but the neighborhood seemed nice. Great view from the deck and hot tub area. Only negative was the hot tub jets didn’t work very well, only one seat seemed to have full powered jets. The other seats’ jets were weak and hardly noticeable when sitting there. The sauna was also nice but had no instructions so took us a bit to figure out how to start. Host was great and easy to contact, responded quickly when I messaged with questions.

great vacation get away

Great location and space for the whole family. Lots of greenspace outdoors to enjoy fresh air and the mountain view. Just a few surprises--most windows did not have window treatments, there was only 1 TV in the entire house, not enough towels for all guests listed to stay and very few cooking pots/pans/sheets. None of there things took away from our enjoyment, but just want to make sure others are aware of them. Thank you for opening your home to us.
