Great location, about a mile from historic Ybor City…walked it a few times. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house and responsive host.

Not so fresh and so clean as the title of this house

The house had a bad smell the minute we walked in. The floors were very dusty. The drawers in the bathroom were very dirty, dusty, and full of hairs. There were spiders and spider webs in the bathroom. The area is not so safe or quiet. We walked to the corner store 2 blocks away and 2 guys approached us and tried to rob us. The whole block is full of roosters on the sidewalk waking us up before 5am. Lastly, dishes were dirty. The only thing positive is owner had good communication, although he was little rude at the end of our stay when asked for few minutes extra to get our belongings and also provided toilet paper, towels, and soap.
