From the moment we walked in the door we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. Very well designed for guests and family activities too. Impressed with the hosts efforts in the design of the recreational and landscaping layout. My wife enjoyed the horses, chickens and the baby quails.
The property was new, very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and safe. Our Hostess, Jenny, was very friendly and attentive. This was by far the best VRBO property that I have stayed at.
The host was awesome! She even shared with us fresh picked fruit from the local trees. What a treat! The home is so beautiful and comfortable. No expense was spared on the appliances. That is huge!!!
We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The owners are a young family and were helpful and kind. They have two horses on the property, which was an bonus to our stay. We were busy visiting friends in Mesa and Queen Creek but it was always nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable home.
Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Close to services but quiet country setting. Extremely friendly hosts. Cant wait to book it for next year's bike week.
We recently spent 4 nights at this VRBO. We stayed at it last year & the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Too bad we were gone most of the time & didn’t enjoy it to its full potential. I had communicated with Jenny that we were going to arrive late on the first night. She left some lights on for us.
Our stay was none other than relaxing and fabulous!! The house is stocked with so much from snacks to coffee! The area is very quiet since it's on a dead end street. Jenny was so friendly, thoughtful and caring! She brought us a small delicious homemade bread the evening before check out! I highly recommend this property! Thank you for making our vacation great!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better location to all that we were doing during our stay. The house is just as cute in person as it is in the pictures on the listing. We felt right at home. Jenny was great to communicate with although we had no issues during our stay. It’s my understanding that this is a new listing with the landscaping to be completed soon. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
The property was perfect for visiting family in Az for 10 days. It was clean, cool, and comfortable for 2 little boys (2 yr old & 8 month old) when the weather reached 100+. Easy access to the property through the garage and the horses out back added excitement for the kids. All the extra essentials (foil, ziplock bags, soap, etc.) were appreciated. Kudos to the host for creating a “Home Sweet Home” atmosphere. Thank You!
Property was very nice, but had a lot of dirt. It was nice to park in garage and enter the house. House was super clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen was full stocked with many items. The key board was a pleasant surprise for my son. A lot of items were labeled, like light switches.

I'm glad it was comfortable Samantha! Thanks for the review. Yes, it's a new-build and we are still putting in landscaping, so there is dirt that will soon be grass and trees :) Yay!
Jenny was a fantastic host and we arrived to a brand new, pristinely furnished and appointed home that also felt very comfortable. It looks like a model home and lives like a place you can just relax. Plenty of storage, towel bars for shower towels, counter and medicine cabinet space, high quality sheets and a very comfy bed - two friendly horses that you can see out the kitchen window. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about it and will definitely look to book this property again. Great and responsive communication with the host as well! Thank you!
Overall the house was amazing, you stay at the guesthouse in the back of the property and the house was very clean and tidy and you feel like you're staying somewhere fancy. Location was perfect close to everything and close to the family we were visiting. Host was easy to communicate with and was open to my feedback,
i would not stay here again though for an important reason the AC doesn't go below 75 controlled by the owners. We spent nearly 2400 for two weeks to stay at an amazing house that was hard to be confirmed in with the temperature. The host mentioned that many in the area keep it between 78-80 and that keeping it below 75 creates high electric bills.the owner also has a list of house rules which is to raise the ac to 78-80 when you're away for a few hours, i honored this request. While i can understand the utility bill would invest spending over 2k to wake up sweating isn't fun either, if you set it to 75 there is a hold option on the ac unit which sometimes reverts to 78 so we would wake up to 78 degrees. The listing didn't include anything about not being and to set ac to what you want. Although house was overall good, i would rather stay at a hotel in a worse area for the sake i can set the AC (my wife and i are from the Midwest and keep AC between 68-69). For future vrbo stays if i came across this i would cancel the booking with vrbo with no cancellation fee for the fact the listing was misleading. I hope this helps future guests that may stay at this house

Thank you for your feedback on the thermostat. The auto reset to 78 degrees is an issue with the scheduling feature that we did not know about. We will get that fixed or replaced ASAP! We apologize that the 75-degree minimum caused discomfort. If you would’ve let us know while you were staying there, we definitely could’ve lowered it for you! We aim to please our guests. We have not had issues with that minimum temperature for guests in the past, and had it set there to avoid mechanical issues with the unit. With over 140 days a year over 100 degrees, we tend to be more used to the warmer temperatures in the house. We will be sure to lower the minimum temperature if requested and communicate with future guests about the thermostat. Thank you!
About the host
Hosted by Jenny
We both grew up in Arizona (opposite corners of the state), and love to call Mesa our home! We built our dream home and are excited to be able to share our beautiful property with guests from all over.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love the neighborhood! Large irrigated lots with horses and other fun farm animals, mature trees and grass, and lovely small-town feel...all 1/4 mile away from the neighborhood Walmart :)
What makes this property unique
We designed this new build to be cozy and comfortable. We wanted to bring the cute bungalow architecture to our little oasis in the desert.
