I don't think it is worth doing if it is not FUN!

This neighborhood is close to everything - downtown, University Village, all things urban. But also feels like I am at a Lake view vacation home with the quiet and outdoor feeling that feeds my soul!

What makes this property unique

My most common reviews are that I have thought of everything to make my guests comfortable and I am a great host. I love hosting and I think it shows. The space is newly remodeled, with high end furniture and tasteful design. And the view! The view is spectacular!
