Welcome to this uniquely beautiful and private 6 acre property. A 9-ft horse fountain welcomes you to this special property. Your group will be relaxed and comfortable in the spacious Awesome Scenic property two stories and basement. SIX large bedrooms with four Queens and two Kings. 2 separate beautiful wood staircases leading to upstairs bedrooms. The Great room has huge glass windows to enjoy the hugh in-ground pool with a waterfall. Plenty of room on the pool deck accepts large gathering. Four loungers and table for 6 with 2 large umbrellas. There are 6 full bathrooms with 5 bedrooms have connecting bathrooms. This spacious property with Scenic views property can handle up to 12 guests comfortably. The large dining room seats 8 and the kitchen table seats 6. There is a large piano in the living room. The back of the house has large windows to view wildlife you may see Deer, ground hogs, rabbits, chipmunks, foxes and squirrels. I highly recommend watching the sunsets at the viewing loungers..
since we are high on a hill. This property is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Churchill Downs and historic Highlands and Nulu which offer incredible restaurants, shops, Bourbon tasting, distilleries and bars. You will have great memories for years to come!

I fell in Love with this neighborhood; It is truly remarkable with one of the best views in Louisville in fact you can see the skyline and bridge from my front yard. This property is perch high on top of a hill. There are only 7 properties in the whole neighborhood and every property is beautiful with great neighbors. The property values are from $700,000 to over 1m. The small town of Prospect is one of the safest in America. There is a beautiful golf course across the street and a large park with 3 different hiking trails to choose from and miles of beautiful green spaces and expensive homes. You will make great memories from this place for years to come. WELCOME!

What makes this property unique

I have lived in this house for 7 years and fell in Love with it at first sight! It is truly remarkable with one of the largest pools and hot tub you will ever see at a private home. The pool has a diving board for you to dive or flip from and the tub can handle 6 adults easily. The pool deck is large and has a big table to fit 6 easily plus more chairs can be added. There are 2 large umbrellas to shade you and 4 loungers. A 10 foot tall horse fountain in the front to greets you with a circle driveway. Six cars can easily park on the giant parking pad. The property is on 6.3 acres so no need to worry about making too much noise or worrying if someone else will see you. You can take a walk and check out the field and woods I bet you will see either deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds and geese. If you truly want a unique property then you found it here. Every view from every room is pretty. You will make great memories from this place for years to come. WELCOME!
