Tirza made this stay seamless and welcoming.Perfect and foremost quiet location with all amenities very closeby. Can only recommend for any using it as a homebase while exploring the area. Will certainly come again.
This was a beautiful little space to stay in while we visited in Spokane. Wonderful little touches such as special teas and coffees as well as the shower amenities. We would love to stay here again!
This was a perfect spot to stay! Easy drive to our Whitworth student. The house was well-supplied and had all we needed! Great communication, too, with our hosts! Thank you!
This was the perfect space to unwind and relax. The space was so cozy, clean and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. Tirza was communicative and the check in directions and process was seamless.

Thank you Serena! I'm so glad you found the place clean and peaceful! We'd be honored to host you again!
What a gem! This property is clean, quite and perfectly located in Northern Spokane, near food, shopping and all one could need. The homeowner is very attentive and caring. I could not have asked for any more as my expectations were far exceeded.
I was happily in a quiet cozy place for my work trip. My only wishes would be a bit softer bed and a little less echo. The ceilings were so tall it echoed in the room any little noise. Fortunately it was a quiet neighborhood.
Such a cute little guesthouse! The only reason I knocked a star off was because the bed was super hard. We had to buy a pad to put under the sheet. Other than that, it was such a beautiful little place to stay.

Hi Heidi, we loved hosting you! I'm sorry you found the bed too hard, it's a high end hybrid mattress and we get lots of guest requests for information on it so they can purchase one for themselves! I understand that mattress comfort is subjective but we do have hundreds of reviews on other platform where guests raved about the comfort of our mattress. :)
I stayed at Le Petite during a quick visit to see my daughter at Whitworth. It was nice to find a place close to the campus as most of the decent vacation rentals I've stayed at are on the other side of Spokane. Definitely a plus to not have to deal with the traffic getting from one side of Spokane to the other. La Petite was quiet, comfy, and beautifully decorated. Tirza was a great host - checking in with me during my stay, lights were on in case I arrived after dark, and she even left some yummy Crumbl cookies for me on the counter. It is a studio so best suited for 1-2 people and there is a front house that is part of the property as well. The people in the front house were friendly so I didn't experience any issues. It is an older neighborhood and homes are close to one another, so sitting on the patio means the neighbors will see you too. So if you like your own private patio it might not be for you. However if you're looking for a cozy place to just rest your head and enjoy some quiet time in North Spokane, this is it. Le Petite will be one of my go-to's for future stays in Spokane.
