About this property

This is a great vacation home in East Harwich on Pleasant Bay. With an inground pool (not heated), 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is perfect for any vacation. Enjoy the views of Pleasant Bay from the deck and the peaceful privacy of the wooded back yard and pool area. A gas grill makes for great summer barbeques and the open living room and sun porch/3 season room are perfect for lounging and enjoying family and friends. This home comes with cable and wifi and has 3 TVs throughout the house. A short trip down Route 28 brings you to Shore Road in Chatham with amazing views of the Ocean and Chatham Harbor or Main Street in Chatham with great shopping and restaurants. A more complete vacation home would be hard to find! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. *Use of fireplaces NOT permitted.

A Hidden Gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This isolated classic Nantucket style 3 bedroom home is only a few 100 yards from the beach with views of Pleasant Bay with an in the ground swimming pool. Enjoy morning sunrises from the deck or evening mojitos by the pool, either way just relax on the property of this hidden gem in Harwich.

Great vacation home

This home is lovely, light filled, with lots of views of the bay. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it or pool side(it has been a very hot summer). We closed off the back room during the heat wave which boosted the AC for the front bedrooms. The location is great, just a quick drive to the beach, the bike path, Chatham, or Orleans. Wequassett Resort is just up the road, with boating opportunities. We enjoyed the jazz festival there one evening. The property is high on a hill, making the busy road out front less noticeable, and it is surrounded on three sides by woods, we saw a mother deer and 2 fawns one morning. Great vacation spot!!

Beautiful home with ocean view

The home was in a wonderful location. Near the beach with an unground pool . The furnishings are tired and two of the exterior doors did not close and lock properly. We lost power on two consecutive days due to an electrical fault in the dryer Overall, we enjoyed our stay
