This private entrance townhouse is across the street from the 18th hole and practice range. This comfortable corner unit is located in the most convenient Ocean Edge location, Trevor Village. A few minutes walk to Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, gym, as well as Arbor pool complex and Linx Tavern. Updated kitchen, air conditioning, new washer/dryer, updated bathrooms, HDTV in each room, WIFI high speed internet, and tastefully decorated. Very private patio setting with wooded view and beautiful landscaping; with gas grill and outdoor seating. Constantly updated: Flooring and bath in 2021. Straight staircase with mounted HDTV and sound bar, new furniture in 2022. Master bedroom new furniture, flooring, paint, and AC in 2023. New loft carpet in 2024. Pool and sports facility privileges include access to five pools (club transfer fees administered directly between Ocean Edge club and tenant).

Cape Cod Bike Trail runs through Ocean Edge property. Enjoy vacation in a luxurious gated golf resort community, just 1.5 miles to warm bay beaches and convenient to route 6, 6A, and 137. Close to several restaurants, shops, and Ocean Edge mansion facilities.

Pool fees apply, weekly, Saturday to Saturday rental; in peak season stays of less than seven days all within one calendar week (i.e. between Sunday and Saturday), shoulder season is flexible.

Great place

This place is great. The bathrooms are all new and the rest of the place was clean and modern. Quiet end unit with a private patio and grill. Quick drive to the mansion and beach at the resort. Perfect place for a family of 4-5. Only drawback is we weren’t able to golf at the resort, but there are other nice courses nearby.

Perfect for a family of four - enough space for everyone to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Bright and happy interior. Nice patio area for outside dining. Walking distance to the basketball court and indoor/outdoor pool. Lots of great coffee and food options close by.

Our favorite place to stay at Ocean Edge

We had a wonderful week here again, our third time in recent years. Bright, open, pretty, and very comfortable! The nicest condo of several that we’ve stayed at in the Villages at Ocean Edge. Our favorite spots in the resort include the Arbor Pool, and the Shahk Bah which is just up the road from the condo; and the front lawn of the Mansion, where lawn games make for a fun way to wrap up the day at sunset (we are a family of four - two kids, two grown-ups).

Great location

The property was comfortable and cozy. Set in the Ocean Edge Village, the back patio and sense of privacy were great. The Villages landscaping is impressive, as we’re the many paved walkways. The house/condo itself offered a pretty well equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There was a grill out back, too. The upstairs is its own “private” bedroom and bath—ideal for guests and kids.

Wonderful trip at Ocean Edge townhome

Your home was very comfortable and well laid out. It was in a quiet location with a private patio. The interior was very well appointed with everything recently updated. The A/C worked wonderfully and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciate your timely communication when we had questions. The proximity to amenities like pool, tennis courts etc. was great as we could easily access them by walking or biking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We look forward to a return trip.

Ideal location, adjacent to fantastic pool and sports facilities, which were very relaxing and quiet. Property was surface level clean, but would benefit from a deep clean of cupboards, wooden boards, appliances. When we arrived, the outside patio area was dirty and had not been cleaned, as well as inside the front door and dust on surfaces and boards. We contacted the hosts and they arranged for a cleaner to visit the next day to surface clean these areas. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the surrounding area, and the property was quiet - however, it needs a deep clean and we didn't sit outside as it needs an upgrade.

We are sorry you feel that way. We strive to make our unit well above average by reinvesting rental incomes each and every year. In 2022 alone, these investments include a new straight staircase with enhanced lighting, a three panel sliding glass door, new living space furniture, new larger HD television with sound bar, and a new glass shower enclosure. Other years included replacing flooring, exterior furniture, beds, washer/dryer unit, windows, interior painting, and updating bathrooms.

Great location; unit needs significant updating

I’ve often stayed at the Ocean Edge and it is a beautiful location. The unit needs some updating as mentioned by a previous renter. Needs painting and new carpet. Shower curtain in main bathroom was visibly stained with mold, and master bed was very creaky. Could also use a deep cleaning around the sliding glass windows where there was much build up of dirt. That said the grounds are beautiful and is convenient location to the beaches.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your stay did not live up to your expectations. As you can see, most of our reviews comment on the cleanliness and updates in our our unit in comparison to others at Ocean Edge. Since purchasing the unit six years ago, we have renovated bathrooms, purchased furniture and beds, replaced living area flooring, had the unit painted, and replaced windows; and based on your review, it will get another painting this year. The refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer unit were all replaced in 2012. The tenant turnover cleaners are supposed to monitor the shower curtains and replace if necessary (we keep extras under the sinks in the bathrooms). We take a lot of pride in our unit and will continue to make updates every year.

Such a great vacation!!!

We weren't excepting the property around the condo to be so great! My recommendation is to pay the free to access the amenities. The kids were able to go to the pool everyday. We had shuttle access to a nearby beach that was not crowded and had tide pools for little children to wade in and explore, without it being too cold. We loved our stay! If you are new to the Cape this is a great option. As for the home I would say it's cozy but needs to updating. It is best for kids who are 5 and up as the stairwell can be risky. But the ground floor is open so you can always keep and eye on the little kiddo(s). Our children loved the trip. During COVID you must be aware to bring your own sheets and towels though the owner will may you aware before you come stay.

Thanks for your review. The stairs will be replaced with a straight staircase after the 2021 rental season. We have had some positive feedback on the spiral staircase, which is very common on many Ocean Edge townhouses, but we had already arranged this summer to have the work done after the peak season. As far as bed linens, they are typically an option, but with COVID, it is best to play it safe for the safety of our current and future tenants, cleaners, and anyone else entering the unit. Pillows and blankets are updated regularly, but having safe touch points is most important.

Condo for Wedding at Ocean Edge Resort

We stayed at Ken & Maria’s condo when we attended a June wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort. Their condo was clean & quiet in June. We all loved dining alfresco on the patio. We saved money by preparing our own breakfast & lunches as the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. We avoided long lines on the Cape for breakfast/lunch and preferred coffee in PJs at the condo. The tv was great for viewing the Golf Masters that weekend and the couch was comfortable. We appreciated having two bathrooms along with towels & sheets, as not all Cape Cod rentals include linens. Ken was always very prompt to answer any question. And he was very kind to mail one expensive sandal to us that was accidently left behind.

Very nice, comfortable, and charming. Nice central location for getting around Cape Cod. Plus, we took advantage of several easy access resort activities (for a fee) such as bike rental/trail, kayaking, and pool/bar. Great vacation for our adult family of four. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Ocean Edge condo

We’ve stayed at a number of oceans edge villages condos and this is one of the better options. Corner unit, two bedroom (loft with spiral stairs which the kids loved!) and all the amenities you could ask for. We’ll be back, which is saying everything you need to know!
