Elegant 1 bdrm house. Walk to casinos, only 1 blk from UNR
Experience the magic of Reno at our completely renovated one bedroom, one bath, 600 sqft home, perfect for 1 or 2 people. One block from UNR and a short walk to downtown casinos. Includes a comfortable family room with leather recliners, two 55" Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, ottoman that pulls out into a single futon bed, and a peak of the downtown lights! The primary bedroom includes an incredibly comfortable Queen size Stearns & Foster mattress with high thread count linens and a Hunter Fan. The rest of the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with quartzite countertops, separate laundry room with full sized Maytag washer/dryer and private side yard with Weber gas grill and patio table. Kitchen has a gas oven/stove, microwave & fridge. This is the front unit of a duplex with a private entrance. The 2 car driveway is shared with the tenant in the back, one space ea. Street parking also available. Max Persons 2.

Great location!
The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Great for a couple or single person traveling. Property was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a home away from home during our 4 night stay which was great. Bed was comfortable and had quality linens. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer that we did end up using once and I was grateful for. Would stay here again for sure!
