Wall a/c unit in dining room and window a/c unit in the front/back bedroom. Ceiling fan in the family room and each of the bedrooms. The family room has a flat screen tv. The deck has 2 chaise lounges and a table with 4 chairs. Outside there is a gas grill and shared outdoor shower. 2 Parking Spots, 9 houses from the beach
