We have a well-stocked kitchen and provide various beach toys, boogie boards, life jackets, paddle boards, chairs, and exceedingly comfortable furniture and beds with 1800 thread count sheets.
The open floor plan, with a four-season sunroom, is the primary attraction of this cottage. It offers breathtaking water views and direct and quick access to the beach and the expansive Delaware Bay. You will fall in love with the sound of the waves breaking against the beautiful wide sandy beach, curling up with a great book, or just enjoying long naps on the Sunbrella swing at the top of the dune. While you are here, you can observe the thriving Purple Martin community in their five high-rise birdhouse condos that clearly love the beach, too, and will tell you all about it! From sunrise to sunset, you will be surrounded by beauty. Wake up to the aroma of coffee from our coffee bar, enjoy stunning sunrises over the water, the sound of seagulls, herons, and egrets dancing along the coastline, and perhaps even spot dolphins frolicking for breakfast. If you love long, relaxing walks, this is the perfect beachcomber's paradise with wide sandy beaches and shells - sometimes even sea glass. A large 30x12 stone patio provides ample room to enjoy the outdoors, cookout, or enjoy late-night conversation under the stars by the firepit. The indoors are stylishly decorated and comfortable. Enjoy meals together in the sunroom dining area that seats eight, play board games and puzzles with loved ones, or take long, dreamy naps on our lounge chairs with two full-length massagers that melt your stress away while the sound of the water lulls you to sleep.
