We needed somewhere with mutiple beds to allow our family in Ireland to come and stay with us, giving them a holiday as well as us. Loved the downstairs with the well appointed kitchen and large table which flows into the secure garden which our dog loved. The upstairs bathroom with a generous bath was great with hot water on tap. The bed was really comfortable. When we next return to the south east of Ireland this will be our go to place.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! We had a purely magical experience staying here and were so thrilled to get a tour of the tower and garden, the amenities are numerous and we cooked our own meals in the very appointed kitchen. This was a most amazing stay and fitted our trip perfectly! Will definitely return
Beautiful place to stay. Everything you could possibly need in the property. Defo recommend and will be a house we will defo rent again if we come back to this area.
Truly a gem. Our family of 4 stayed here in late August, and didnt want to leave! The care taken to create a home full of history and character is remarkable. We enjoyed our slow mornings with coffee and puzzles, visits to the donkeys, and easy trips to the nearby towns. The beds are delightful, the private yard is perfect for family dinners, and the kitchen is the most well appointed of any I've been in. Thanks to the host for such an enjoyable experience.
This property is idyllic. Beautifully situated in the countryside and in close proximity to activities. The house was very clean and inviting with a large, well stocked kitchen and warm woodstove for the evening. The beds were very comfortable and we had llenty of towels for our large crew of 8. The patio area is beautiful and made for nice evenings enjoying the sites and sounds, including the adorable sheep and donkeys just across the yard. The host is very responsive, as is the onsite property manager, both lovely to work with. This was our favorite place out of 3 in Ireland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great property.
Large country cottage, well stocked in the kitchen for those bits that are so easy to forget. Underfloor heating a real treat. Beds really comfortable. Me and my five sisters would definitely stay there again.
If I had one suggestion, it would be that the entrance off the main road needs to be sign posted as is easy to miss when you are new to the area.

Many thanks for your kind words. Your comment is noted and I will see if we can make the entrance more visible.
Thank you for booking our house.
We really loved our stay in Fiona's very charming house in the countryside of Wexford. Together with the 8 of us in total (4 couples), we have spend 3 nights around NYE. We loved the coming-home-feeling, the interior (charming), the two fireplaces, the floor heating, the history of the house and how Fiona and her sister were there for us if we would need anything. The surrounding (beautiful hikes and the beach) were great to unwind. We would love to come back!
I stayed at this incredible property for a month with my family. Everything you could need was provided. Excellent WiFi, peaceful surroundings, and great location. We did day trips to Tramore, Hook Lighthouse, Kilkenny, Johnstown Castle, Wexford Town, Tintern Abbey, Saltee Islands, and so much more. Morning walks on the property with farm animals just living the life. Check in was a breeze, Fiona was so responsive and helpful. I miss it already and can’t wait to visit again. 10/10!
