This is a place for memorable days spent hiking, golfing, and beachcombing, and tranquil evenings spent stargazing in the warmth of the patio's fire table and hot tub.

This single-level home is located in a supremely walkable neighborhood of Bodega Bay, right across the road from an open park and play area. Find the center of town a few blocks away, take your pick of beautifully rugged beaches (including Doran Beach, Bodega Dunes Beach, and Portuguese Beach) within a few miles, and explore Sonoma Coast State Park and the surrounding wine country with ease.

Newly built in 2019, the house is full of little luxuries - from the new, professional-grade Wolf and SubZero kitchen appliances to the TVs in all three bedrooms. Banks of windows await at every turn, framing the neighborhood, the adjacent hills, and colorful skies at sunrise and sunset.

After a day of exploring, come home to prepare dinner in the chic kitchen, pull up a stool to the granite island to chop vegetables, and set the table for dinner in the window-lined dining room. Afterwards, stream your favorite movies by the gas fireplace, set up a board game at the live-edge coffee table, or use the high-speed WiFi to plan tomorrow's adventures. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with direct access to the patio and hot tub and a private bathroom offering a tub and shower. A private washer/dryer and central air conditioning and heating are provided for your comfort as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
