Savannah was an excellent host. The location was simply beautiful, and the market next door was very convenient with food and drink and excellent sandwiches. Overall we were so pleased, comfortably fit 3 couples and sharing the bathroom downstairs was easy as one door leads to a bedroom and the other is a common door. Miss that view already!

The hostess of this wonderful, well-lit home has obviously put a lot of thought into what makes a great place to stay. Super clean, well-stocked, and comfy. When we entered the house, my grandson said "they have everything we need!" He was right. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed looking out the windows. So many birds! The hostess replied quickly to any questions and was very helpful.

This is an amazing rental, My family were so comfortable and the home is so clean and well laid out. We had a wonderful shared space and an area that each of the kids could retreat to. My family even took the stairs down and went over to the restaurants to eat!This home is located so close to Bodega Head- we took an amazing hike around, on the most beautiful day!So close to shopping and the beaches.We will rent again if available during our next visit. Our host was very helpful and responsive. House looks like it was recently remodeled. Very modern interior. All listed amenities worked well. The only suggestions I have is that additional power outlets in the kitchen would be helpful. The living room area could use an additional small sofa. We enjoyed our weekend stay at this conveniently located house overlooking Bodega Bay.

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures represent the house completely. The views from each of the rooms were beautiful and calming. Standing in the kitchen with coffee in the morning was unreal with tons of birds and a few otters! This is not a typical rental. The owner put a lot into the house with upgraded and new appliances, decor and furniture. It is quiet and has heat/air in every room! The house was pristinely clean. There is a grocery store and grill next door and plenty of parking. The owner Savanah was also incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this retreat house!

Great location and perfect set up for 2 families!

We really liked the location and all the views of the Bay. Everything was very clean and new. The beds are small but comfortable, and wish there was a BBQ, but we really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group...our friends and their daughter had downstairs bedrooms/bathroom and us upstairs. We would stay here again!

Thank you for taking your time on this review! Your feedbacks are greatly appreciated. I'd like to let you know that I recently replaced the sofa which is bigger and more comfortable. Also, there are always 3 sets of blankets on the beds and one extra in the closet. Also, in the kitchen cabinets, there are a set of basic stainless steel pots and pans, two good size non-stick fry pans, a large skillet, 6 wine glasses, and many other items. Extra glasses in a box can be found underneath the stairs and extra blankets are in the locked closet if requested. And as always, I try my best to make changes and improve guests' experiences over time. I thank you for your valuable feedbacks and hope to see you again soon.

Enchanting seaside getaway

Thank you Savannah for creating such a wonderful getaway that is close to all the key things one would need for their stay such as market and coffee shop. The views are incredible and it is surprisingly quiet for being located off the main road. A wonderful place to make memories together!
