Enjoy some of the best views in Siesta Key Dreams’ portfolio plus PRIVATE beach access via a gated key. Inside, you’ll find a crisp, airy 3 bed, 2 bath layout that’s ideal for family and friend gatherings. The condo accommodates up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) with a total of 7 beds. A large, open floor plan connects a welcoming living room, a dining room that can accommodate well more than 8, and a full kitchen. Just off the living room is a private, enclosed balcony with partial ocean views and comfortable seating—perfect for shaded outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The enclosed balcony is also accessible through one of the main bedrooms, which enjoys similar partial ocean views. The third bedroom features two bunk beds, one trundle bed, and a queen-sized futon—great for families with children. One additional roll-a-way bed is available in the unit as well.

Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free WiFi with high-speed internet, plus HDTVs equipped with live sports and an extended channel list via DirecTV Stream.

For sun and surf, you’ll have PRIVATE access to a direct path to the beach starting only about 30 feet behind your condo. Slip on your sandals and stroll down the private beach entrance to experience the brilliant 99% white quartz sand.

Beyond the stunning sand, Siesta Key beaches offer picnic areas, concession stands, and volleyball courts. Shallow, crystal water and year-round lifeguard protection make the beach a safe, relaxing escape. Being mere minutes from the ocean also means you’re perfectly positioned for breathtaking sunsets. And just a 3-minute walk from the beach brings you back to Siesta Village, with a wide range of dining and entertainment—from gourmet donuts, coffee, and seafood to award-winning steakhouses.

Parking can be difficult to find at times, which is why this rental includes TWO private-reserved spaces at no additional cost (two vehicle max).

The free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley runs on the main roads outside your rental and operates 8 AM–10 PM, seven days a week.

After you secure your vacation rental, our team will provide clear expectations to help you prepare for your stay. If any issues arise upon arrival, a Guest Experience Manager who lives within the Siesta Keys area will be available at a moment’s notice. We take pride in providing professional, personalized service to help make your stay unforgettable.

Included with your reservation are complimentary bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), coffee and Keurig pods, and your choice of either a bottle of sparkling wine or sparkling grape juice. For beach days, we provide towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, blanket, cooler, and a cart to transport items easily. Traveling with children? Complimentary cribs, highchairs, toys, silverware, and baby-monitors are available per request.

Shortly after booking, you’ll receive a link to book local services and experiences provided by vendors throughout the island.

When available, guests may request flexible booking with early check-in or late check-out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to check-in. You’ll be able to indicate your preferences via the link you’ll receive prior to check-in.

Guests will receive a Rental Agreement via email with common terms and conditions, including our no-smoking policy. We require guest verification just after booking and before check-in; details are provided after booking and the process takes only a couple minutes.
