Welcome to Hampton Lakes Vacation Villa, a spacious and comfortable retreat located in Davenport, Florida, just a short drive from Disney and Central Florida’s most popular attractions. Perfect for families and groups, this home offers a relaxing stay with a private screened pool, open living spaces, and entertainment for all ages.

The villa features two master suites with private bathrooms, plus additional bedrooms designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area, creating the perfect space to gather after a day at the parks. Guests can also enjoy a formal living and dining area, Smart TVs throughout the home, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-home washer and dryer.

For extra fun, the home includes a private game room with a pool table and air hockey. Outside, enjoy the screened pool area, ideal for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Mrs. Alvarez was a wonderful host. We were traveling with two special needs young adults. Dulce accommodated us by allowing us into the home a little early which was incredibly helpful due to us flying in early. Due to the unusually cold temperatures, Dulce was kind enough to check on us and ask if we needed additional blankets and brought them to us. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was very well maintained, tastefully decorated and very clean. The smartly designed floor plan allowed each of my daughters, my 2 grandchildren as well as my wife and I to have our own bedrooms.
