This gorgeous home was an amazing place for our family to stay during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The location and views are spectacular, and the house is well-appointed and comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and would love to stay here again!

Beautifully appointed home overlooking a pond with sunset views. We spent 3 nights during the soon to be infamous Nor'Easter of September 2026, and despite rain and winds, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, extremely well stocked pantry, great cooking supplies.

It was the best stay! Great view off the deck, it was so convenient to have beach accessories in the garage. Location was perfect for Kelly Beach, not a bad drive to Newport. Would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the comfort, location, views and beauty of this house. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Our stay was during the off season so we didn’t use any of the beach gear at our disposal but we can’t imagine anything a family could want wasn’t right there in the garage. Walkable neighborhood, restaurants nearby, lovely beach close by. We loved staying here and hope to return.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean, well equipped property in beautiful location. Highly recommend for family getaway. Three floors, each with its own accommodations. 2 full baths and 1 half bath plus a great outdoor shower! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property and experience

We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. Eric was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for something in Bonnet Shores and look forward to going back.

Beautiful Location Fantastic House

You can't find a better place and location then this property. Lots of amenities on the property to include a great selection of spices, cookware, bicycles, cooler and games.
