Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach is family friendly with a playground, bathroom access, and across the street from Skipper Chowder House. The cottage has AC and Heat. Fire pit in the back with a nice deck to grill on and an outdoor shower for use

*NOTE*
I ask our renters to bring their own linens, blankets and towels. This is a common practice for rentals on Cape Cod.

I ask all renter to bring there own paper products, such as napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. There should be some there when you arrive, but I asked you to replace what you use.

This a great rental for a couple or a small family. There is a shed in the back of the property with some beach supplies and access to leave bikes in. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes included to cook in if you don't feel like eating out.
