Peter provided spot on information in terms of villa and check in. The villa was lovely and met our needs totally. Peter has thought of everything so villa is well equipped. Pool and jaccuzzi were excellent after day shopping, sightseeing or parks. Price was reasonable and location great for most things. Would definitley recommend. Pictures do not do villa justice.

The villa was super clean and provided everything we needed. Access was excellent. Peter, the host was fabulous, who is prepared to go above and beyond (he was prepared to post back something I thought I left behind, but then found) he answered any queries very quickly and communication from start to finish was first class. Thank you Peter, we had a wonderful time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house is nice, clean, comfortable, and functional. The star is definitely the pool. It's an absolute godsend after long days enjoying the Orlando theme parks. So relaxing. I didn't let a single day go by without spending at least an hour floating around in the pool like a corpse. I had an excellent time, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Orlando.

House was perfect for my family trip. Close enough to everything we needed and very easy to find. Owner was very helpful through messaging on day 1 with a question as well. Kids really enjoyed the pool and had all amenities we needed and then some.

My family and I had a really nice stay! Nice location, nice open view from the pool area, and the pool and tub were really nice! We also really enjoyed the game room - I taught my 12 year old how to play pool :) The master bathroom could use a bit of updating, but that's a minor detail as it's still nicely kept. Overall a very nice house; spacious, clean, plenty of amenities, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, nice gated community, with the main highlight being the pool and pool area! We would definitely visit again.

My family and I just spent 8 days at this home. It was beautiful and very quiet. The pool was perfect with the lights flickering at night. The pool area was my favourite part of the trip. We had several thunderstorms which we could easily see the lightening because there were no other houses on back of is. The owner was the most sweetest and kindest person we ever dealt with was always ready to answer any questions. We had hardly any questions because the house was perfect but he was so friendly. We had flight delays and we missed a whole night at the house and he was so understanding. Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely home. Cant wait to come back again.

Overall this is a great place to stay for the price! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect! I paid extra for the pool heat and was so worth it!! Had a slight inconvenience when we checked in but the owner was on top of it and definitely made it right!! His communication was excellent. Close to many restaurants and grocery.

We stayed for 6 weeks begining February 1st 2026 and throughly enjoyed our time at the house. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The host was easy to contact and quickly responded. The house was clean, well equiped and very comfortable. We used the pool almost daily. We will definitely be back in future years. I highly recommend this property.

Disney Vacation

We booked for our Disney Vacation, house was very clean, and host was very helpful with any questions we had. Nice quiet area, a little far from stores, but a good drive to the parks!

Family vacation

The house and accommodations were just perfect. There was a little issue with the AC, but after contacting the owner and property manager, the issue was resolved immediately. The location and neighborhood were peaceful and convenient. I would definitely stay again anc recommend it to others.

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, lots to do. Game room was fun, pool was nice, and family had a great time. Only complaint is that the train will randomly come through every once in awhile and make a ton of noise haha. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Great stay!

Over all we enjoyed our stay! The pool was nice the house was clean. Our only complaint was that beds were pretty firm and all of the pillows were pretty flat and no extras if you’re using all the beds. Other than that the owner is great to work with and easy to communicate with!
