Ptarmigan Mountain 202 at Mary's Lake Condominiums is a cozy, two bedroom condo decorated in rustic mountain decor.
Enjoy AMAZING views of the Rocky Mountains and Mary's Lake from your deck!

After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace in your open living room. Watch T.V. from your comfy sofa and soak in those magnificent mountain views!

The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation.

The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is accessed from the living area.

The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is accessed from the guest bedroom, with door access to the deck.

Ptarmigan Mountain 202 will not only keep you warm and cozy in the winter, but also cool and comfortable in the summer, because this condo has air conditioning!

This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Washer / Dryer

No reserved parking. Parking may not be right in front of your condo.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, community hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack with filters. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

We loved our stay. The panoramic view from the deck was spectacular and the cabin had everything we needed. There are a lot of neighbors you share the area with but there's a decent amount of privacy. Great distance from Estes Park and RMNP. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was very quiet, condo was clean and a short drive to town. Had a great view and saw wildlife every night when we sat on the deck to relax after a day of hiking. The kitchen could use a couple more items but we managed with what we had. Overall, we had a great stay and will stay there again.

When we first walked into this condo we thought "wow this is really rustic"! Within 2 hours,we,were in love. It was absolutely spotless and the bed linens were high end hotel grade. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. The crown jewel of this place is the spacious front porch overlooking Marys Lake and the mountains. It is small but perfect for the 3 of us. Side note - the campground store less than a mile away had anything you might need (except alcohol).

The view from the deck is gorgeous! As others noted, the unit is a little hard to find; but worth it when you do. The bedroom/bathroom setup is odd (king bedroom has tiny bathroom, while queen bedroom has a great bathroom), but since it was just hubby and me, it worked fine for us

We loved the place, couldn’t get enough of the view. The place was cozy and met all of our needs. Close to RMNP. Pool and hot tub rocked. Only downside was finding it. There wasn’t any address to see, we searched a good 15 minutes going in circles trying to find it.

Good stay. Great views! We did call and leave a message for someone to call us back when the electricity went out but no one ever did. Parking in the back was a hassle, only one way in/out and we had to reverse our car out most days with the way the parking was.

We enjoyed our stay- the condo is very clean and cozy. The address is quiet and the view is very nice! The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. As an observation, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates and cookware, but other than salt and pepper, there isn't a stock pile of leftover spices, oil, etc from previous renters. This isn't a reason to pass on this nice condo-but if you plan to cook in, you'll need to purchase the basics rather than use, share & replace.

Great view!

Let me start off first by saying the view from the balcony was AMAZING! The condo had all the amenities you would need for a couple days stay. We were a little worried about the integrity of the balcony itself as the wood was rotting and would shake very easily. They probably need to replace it soon. My biggest complaint is that the cleaning fee was very high. Especially considering we cleaned up after ourselves very well.
