Sheep Mountain 20B is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features an expansive sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large jetted bathtub/shower combo.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and a gas fireplace to keep warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Convenient condo near Mary's Lake. Nice modern amenities. Great to have a kitchen and second bedroom. The soap supplies were thin, so consider bringing what you love.

Perfect for a holiday staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas in Estes Park! The unit was comfortable, with a really well-stocked kitchen for our holiday cooking. We LOVED the private hot tub and fireplace! The unit is on the bottom floor, with neighbors on one side, but we only had minimal impacts from smoking neighbors. I wouldn't call it a "mountain view," since you can't see the spectacular mountains, but "just" the hills - but maybe I'm just picky since RMNP is so close! Overall, fantastic condo for a close-to-home getaway for Christmas!

great stay overrall

Only complaint I have is the furniture in the living room, not comfortable at all. Everything else was great! They spared no cost on bedding, great beds and linen. Spend a little and get some comfortable furniture. Rocker is awful! the couch is hard and not comfortable and the recliner was not very comfortable at all.

This was a really great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for our few days in RMNP. I rated 4 stars because the hot tub was a little dirty - it foamed like crazy and you could see large amounts of dirt and other debris. Also, if anyone is staying above you it can be quite disturbing. I was surprised how loud it was - hearing drawers opening and closing, steps, and even people talking. It was really disruptive at 5:30am when they were up for the day.

Great experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We had a great view of the valley during the snowfall so it really capped it off. The only downside was that we thought a washer/dryer was included, but we did not have access to one in the house. There were a few locked doors that maybe it was behind, but of course we couldn't get in to them.

Great Stay

We were lucky to book this great condo when we had a last-minute change in vacation plans. The condo is very clean and had plenty of room for two adults and two teens. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels were provided. The hot tub worked great and the view from the porch was beautiful. The washer and dryer were a great benefit, though the dryer takes a long time to dry a regular load of laundry. As advertised, the condo provides small starter bottles of bath products so come prepared! The management company was very responsive via text when we had a few questions.

My husband and I booked here for a week with our families at various places around SkyRun for our wedding. We are from Chicago and visit the Rockies often but have never stayed in Estes Park. It was so special for us to stay here for our wedding this year. We had family dinners and hot tub time on the balcony daily. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the space provided at our place and very happy with our space. We will remember the trip for ever and it will become a tradition for us to come here and remember the week we officially became a family. Thank you for having us!

Very Comfortable and Clean condo

The Condo set up was good for our three friends visiting Estes Park. Extremely clean, well decorated and everything in working order. Really cheerful. I was initially disappointed because from the pictures I thought it was a second floor condo, but it is first floor and on top of the parking lot! Also note there is a TV with cable, and a DVR which is not listed as an amenity, but it is not a smart TV...but internet worked so we watched movies on a laptop. Fireplace was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at Sheep mountain 20 B. They had everything you could need in the kitchen and the fireplace kept things nice and warm when it was -10 the last night we were there. We enjoyed getting in the hot tub my only concern is that it needs to be cleaned. It had. weird smell and white froth after turning on the jets. Also we had almost 2 feet of snow while we were there and the sidewalks could have been shoveled more then once we could nt see the steps or where we were supposed to walk. Overall we loved our stay and the location!!! Thank you!!

Nice, but some attention to the details are needed.

Hot tub was hot, but jets didn't work. This was really disappointing. We discovered this new year eve, so didn't call the ppty mgmt team since the possibility of getting this addressed before we left on the morning of 1/3 was slim to none. Sheets on both beds were VERY rough and pilly. This was totally unacceptable. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Not one ice cream scoop, no pizza cutter. Only 1 spatula only 1 cookie sheet, etc... Dishwasher is VERY loud. Photos made the rooms appear a LOT larger than they actually are. The space was full with 4 adults. Only 1 hair dryer in the home. Only 3 pillows on the secondary bedroom. No extra blankets. Would have been nice to have a throw blanket in the living room. Nice, clean home - a little attention to detail would make a lot of difference and increased comfort for the guests.

Living room furniture was not comfortable and the picture is not accurate. Sofa was hard with no give whatsoever. Pads on the arms had wood underneath them. Bruised myself. The chair in the pic looks great but it’s not the same one that’s there right now. Bed was great with the exception of the pillow cases that were scratchy. Not enough dishes in the cupboards. Noisy dishwasher!!! Super loud!! Dining room table was a high top. Uncomfortable! Hot tub constantly made noise on the deck. Overall, Sheep Mt. was BAA!

Very comfortable!

We were very comfortable with 4 adults in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked (however some of the pans are ready to be tossed) with plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nothing was plastic! The king sized beds were very comfortable, which was appreciared after a day of hiking. Elk, mule deer, and chipmunks could be seen from the window. The condo is not in town, but it is nearby. Lovely view of the sunrise coming up over the mountain every morning. We had a very nice time!!

Beautiful Location

Property has beautiful views of surrounding mountains and close proximity to main strip of Estes Park. Mary’s Lake is steps away, sunrise & sunset is stunning. Wildlife will visit you just outside the deck. However, the building construction of the property is poor. You can hear the upstairs unit guest use the toilet and flush. You think you’re in a public restroom! The walls and ceilings do not provide much privacy, conversations can be heard. Requests for future guests, please replace light builds in guest room bath, only one light bulb working, very hard to see while using. Also the cover of the hot tub is ripped apart & not connected to cover arm. If we did not our husbands to help pull from sliding behind tub, not sure we would have been able to do ourselves. No kitchen dish towels to dry our washed dishes, we used bathroom hand towels. Finally, the sofa is not an additional bed. It’s a trundle style pull out & doesn’t stay in place, it will clasp. Watch your hand, it hurts! Only reason for us to use is there may have been some snoring spouses. 😉
