After ascending 10 steps from the street level, you arrive at the private entrance to this spacious daylight basement. You will enter the combined living, kitchen, and dining area. The efficiently equipped kitchen boasts a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Complimentary coffee and tea service for 1 day of your stay.
The large bathroom includes a stack washer and dryer. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed and nightstands with reading lights. Plenty of closet space.
Wi-Fi and smart TV are available for streaming with your streaming accounts.
Bonus: Situated just a short walk from the Rancho San Rafael Regional Park where you can walk around various paths, wander through the arboretum, or hike around in the foothills.

The place is calming and the bed is comfy. Julia is easy to communicate with and thoughtful. Added bonus is it is in walking distance to Rancho San Rapheal for morning walks.

There was to much banging and thumping noise from above. It sounded like they were moving furniture every day. And you could hear people’s voices very clearly as if they were right behind the door separating the basement from above, very uncomfortable feeling, would not recommend to stay here,

We absolutely understand. Dave and his wife were wonderful tenants. This is a basement apartment within the structure where we live. Sounds of daily will life naturally transfer between the spaces. Some people are much more averse to the sounds of than others. We now supply ear plugs for those who may prefer to use them. We are generally pretty quiet, and try to mitigate unnecessary noise as much as possible, especially when we have guests in the apartment. While not a common occurrence, adding our own company to the mix will exacerbate the sound levels.
