Brand new light and bright end unit. Gulf front condo with breath-taking ocean views. Sunset dining room views to Sanibel and Captiva. Master bedroom gulf views and amazing sunset views too.

Porcelain floors, marble counters, plantation shutters, and stainless-steel appliances. Immaculate!

2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Large walk-in closet in guest and master bedroom.

Watch the dolphins jump and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the master bedroom or balcony (retractable screens). Nice.

Best heated, gulf-front pool on the beach.

Daily water aerobics, and yoga available onsite (during season).

Why they chose this property

We chose this complex because it is well maintained and landscaped so beautifully. It has the best heated pool on the beach and the views from this unit were by far the best of any we toured. None compared to this unit.

What makes this property unique

If you like activities, there are many to choose from. Otherwise, kick back, relax and enjoy the view. There is yoga, water aerobics, and his and her bicycles.
