Stella Marina on Anna Maria Island

Stella Marina is a lovely duplex suite with all modern new stainless steel appliances: over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top oven range, and dishwasher, including complement of pots and pans, plates, place setting, a leaf table setting for 6 individuals, and coffee pot. The flooring of the entire suite is a layout of beige ceramic tiles.
In the living room we have a Queen sleeper sofa. A flat TV screen has been mounted on the wall with an articulated arm for your viewing comfort. We have included Roku access & YouTube TV access. In addition, you have access to fast and reliable High Speed Internet service with "Range Extension" , so that you may extend the portability of your electronic devices.
Your comfort continues into the 2 bathrooms with Brushed Nickel fixtures, and soft thick cotton towels, and hair dryer provided.
Two bedrooms, one encompasses a King size bed, while the other is furnished with Twin beds.. All beds feature comfortable Serta mattresses, cotton sheets and plush pillows. Both bedrooms provide ample clothing storage . We also included a baby playpen for the "little ones"...
For your additional comfort A/C and Heating are at your control. Please feel free to share and write "Your Story" in our diary book located in the living room, or simply read the experience of others...
Note: No pets allowed, No smoking allowed, Age limit of 23 or older for person renting property. Please let us know if you have rented a golf cart to hook up to property.

Easy check-in, manager answered questions promptly. Unit was well stocked with basic soap, paper towels, etc.. Clean rooms, bedding, appliances. No beach view , but short walk to the beach. Kitchen needs replenished with silverware and bowls. (4 forks are not enough) The internet went out one evening , sent host a message but no reply. Hot water tank needs to be larger, we were always running out of hot water when showering. View out the door should be shown so you can decide if you want along the alley before you rent. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience but these comments are more of a constructive criticism for future improvement.

Great two bedroom, two bath unit, perfectly furnished, with a washer and dryer, and one block walk to the beach. Also furnished was a beach wagon to bring chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and kid’s beach toys. The refrigerator had an ice maker which was very handy. Communications with the host was easy and almost instantaneous. This is an outstanding unit for a short or long stay at the beautiful Bradenton beach.

GREAT location- close to the beach!

This property was awesome- it was close to the beach, and a half-mile or so walk down to the Cortez Bridge area restaurants and shops. It has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. You will need to take salt and pepper and any other spices or cooking supplies you need.It's small space, but it's clean and well maintained.

When I decided to renovate the West side of my duplex Stella Marina, my goal was to create a comfortable clean, and appealing home atmosphere in which guest can feel and experience a sense of their own home quality, while relaxing and enjoying the beaches here at Anna Maria Island.

What makes this property unique

To feel the sensation of the warm fine sand between your toes, to stare at the Gulf of Mexico horizon vivid color hues during sunset is just a short minute away.
Stella Marina provides beach chairs and beach cart, towels, charcoal grill, and enclosed outside shower to rinse off salt and sand. Also you have the convenience of a washer and dryer for your use provided on the premises.
Parking on Anna Maria Island is at a premium and mostly private. While here at Stella Marina you will have ample free parking for 2 vehicles, one under the shade.
Relax outside the front door on a large deck where you can sit and gaze the surrounding nature and neighborhood. Bring or rent bicycles and venture the island by following designated bicycles paths.
