Overall good stay. Great location. House was clean. Great hot tub. Easy communication with the host. Departure instructions were standard. Just cosmetic stuff - scuffed up walls and carpet stains.

My stay was one for the books. Nice and clean property, close to many different attractions, nice area, and smooth process to enter and exit the property. I would stay here again.

Hot tub was nice but TVs do not have cable as advertised. You will need to use your own subscriptions or fire stick etc to watch TV. Some of the furniture is a bit worn and dated but overall very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were very nice. We had all that we needed and then some. The location was very nice as well. The cleanliness could improve but overall it was not bad at all.

Great place for a large group or family! We decided to stay in and enjoy the many amenities instead of checking out more of the area on our short stay. (We did make our first Buccees adventure ever!)

Both my family and my sister in-laws family had a great visit at this property. Great location. The Queen need advertised is actually a full size and needs to be replaced. I would say the property is due for a refresh for things like touch up paint, deep clean, and carpet replacement. We also could not find the fire pit out back and the grill was rusty so we didn’t use it. Again, just need some TLC, but we still had a great time at this property. The Fuzzball table and pool table were great.

Great location and everyone around was friendly. In close proximity to a lot of amenities in the area didn’t really need to leave the resort area. The place was very spacious and lots of fun with foosball table and cups unfortunately pool table was under repair at time but didn’t stop us from having a great trip. Highly recommend property for a nice get away. Hot tub was definitely enjoyed over the trip.
