Casa de família aconchegante

Desde o primeiro contato Carol foi super atenciosa e gentil até o último dia da estadia. Não faltaram informações de nenhuma questão solicitada. A casa é arejada, espaçosa e com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estada.Está repleta de eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha, não falta nada. Internet funciona bem, bem como a TV. A área da churrasqueira é ótima e a geladeira que lá está é muito funcional para uso externo e gela super bem. A localização é boa, está há uns 800mts da praia a pé. O bairro possui 2 mercados próximos que atendem muito bem as necessidades de tudo, acessíveis a pé, bem como sorveteria, peixaria e lojinha de itens de praia. Todas as fotos e informações da casa são reais, sem surpresas. Não é necessário levar cadeiras de praia ou guarda-sol, na altura do restaurante Limão Cravo aonde atravessamos a pista e tem acesso para a praia para pedestre, há a barraca do Zé Careca que vc pode ficar pagando só o que consumir. Gostamos muito da casa, que é simples mas muito agrádavel, recomendamos muito.

Ótimo custo/benefício

Tivemos alguns problemas com a casa. Mas caiu a chuva mais forte dos últimos tempos no litoral norte de sp que causou diversas mortes e bloqueios em estradas. Então os donos do imóvel não tiveram muita culpa. O local estava limpo, organizado, tinha uma boa estrutura e era cerca de 9 min a pé da praia. Muito bom.

Estivemos em setembro no final de semana do dia 12 em família. A locação foi tranquila, casal muito gentil. Ficamos confortáveis nos quartos conforme a indicação das características da casa. A casa é ótima bem arejada e clara, além de limpa, bem cuidada e equipada. A parte externa é maravilhosa como mostram as fotos, com churrasqueira e muito verde. Voltaremos com certeza!! Recomendo a locação!!!!
