First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your comments because they will help us to improve our service for the future. We are also happy to hear our staff was helpful and attentive to the issues you had during your stay. We are disappointed to hear your stay with us didn’t meet your expectations and would like to offer you our deepest apologies. We also would like to express our surprise concerning some of the issues you are mentioning such as the drain stopped in the master bath, the master shower that had a slow drain and the windows not locking and other little things that were never mentioned to us. We do remember than at the end the toaster was working properly but it was just a questions of making it function right, which your daughter was able to do. I regret to tell you that the things not mentioned at the very moment, they cannot be solved by us, sometimes is only a question of knowing how to use them. At the end, with our office just beside your apartment and the phone in the kitchen to notify any matter there is nothing that we cannot do in order to make your stay even more pleasant if we don’t know about the issues you may had. En Playa Moments, nuestro primer compromiso con los clientes es proveer una siempre más actualizada información en todos nuestros listings y nos cercioramos de programar sesiones fotográficas cada cuando mejoramos los departamentos; en este caso no han sido realizadas remodelaciones en la unidad y las fotos coinciden exactamente con el departamento que usted rentó. Es un gran displacer recibir tantas quejas después de la salida de la unidad cuando ya no hay nada que podamos hacer para poder enviar tempestivamente nuestro personal apra la revisión y el arreglo de cuanto reportado, nos hubiera encantado poder gestionar sus quejas durante su estadía con el fin de garantizarles una excelente estancia.
