Perfect weekend!

The location was so nice and close to everything! We explored downtown Golden and close sites like Red Rocks and Lookout Mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while getting our son settled into Mines Park. From the moment we walked in, this condo felt like home — spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing.The location is absolutely ideal. Nestled in a quiet area yet just minutes from downtown Golden, it gave us easy access to the Colorado School of Mines campus, restaurants, and coffee shops. We truly enjoyed having such a peaceful retreat to return to after busy days.The unit itself is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. We especially appreciated the dedicated parking spot, which made coming and going stress-free.This condo checked every box for us — comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and a touch of Colorado charm. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Denver trip

This property was very clean and amazingly organized. We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed our stay. Our children slept on the pull out couch and said it was very comfortable. Definitely a place ro check out if your going into the Golden area.

We had a great stay. Almost everything we wanted to do was walkable even though the condo feels like it’s on the edge of town. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and worked well for us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Week Stay in Golden

We used this property as base camp to explore the area and move one child into their dorm at Mines. The location is ideal. It is a short walk to two grocery stores and downtown Golden. We didn’t use our car except to venture farther afield. The apartment was clean and has ample linens and kitchen supplies. The basket of snacks was a really nice touch. We highly recommend the restaurant Sherpa which is a short walk.

Clean and convenient condo

We stayed for 3 nights to visit our son and his wife who live in Golden. The condo was very clean and everything looked new. There was plenty of parking with easy access via elevator, grocery across the street (although we did not eat or cook there) and downtown was only 1 mile (easy walk) away. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, coffee, tea and a welcome basket of snacks. TV was easy to use and there is a Bluetooth speaker available. The condo was perfect for our needs. Thanks to the owners for sharing!

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

My husband, son, and I had such a great experience over our short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the town of Golden and this condominium is in a perfect location. It's close enough to be part of all the action, yet far enough to provide privacy. The condo itself is inviting. You can tell that every detail was thoughtfully selected by the hosts. From the décor to the amenities provided, we felt right at home. They have coffee/tea station, snacks, and all of the kitchen appliances/utensils we needed. They even have children’s supplies such as a pack and play and a high chair (it was one less thing we had to lug to our vacation). The communication with the hosts was great. When we encountered a minor issue with the TV sound, we called and they promptly resolved the matter within a few minutes. Their attentiveness and efficiency greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction. Highly recommended! We cant wait to come back and are already planning our next visit.

We really liked this condo, the online photos really did represent the unit. It was very clean and well stocked. Very close to the downtown restaurants and bars. Grocery store across the street and killer burritos one block away. I'd recommend this unit to anyone.
