Absolutely beautiful; the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was also great. Very quiet little neighborhood close to everything (we went to the same place for breakfast every morning). 20-25 minutes to Tybee, 10 to Grayson, 12 to downtown. Communication with Michael also great! Just a lovely place. If it’s available, this is our first choice whenever we make it back to Savannah.

Comforting convenience

I stayed here with 4 friends (we were all taking part in a soccer tournament nearby). The house was perfectly situated — close to downtown Savannah, close to beach routes, close to some good restaurants (Tubby’s Tank House was great). Moreover, the house was in a very nice neighborhood and both cozy and comfortable.

This home was spacious, beautiful, and well decorated. We traveled with friends and had plenty of room for all. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Patio was equipped with large table, 8 chairs and string lights for delightful evenings. Home was easy to get to, in a walkable quiet neighborhood and within a short distance by car to attractions and downtown areas. We were thrilled with this property. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!!!!
