Blueberry Pines Cottage in York Beach, Maine

Welcome to "Blueberry Pines Cottage" - an adorable 1960's Craftsman cottage within a quick walk (.3 mile) to Long Sands Beach! The rental home includes an eat-in kitchen (with stacked W/D) - fully equipped for all of your vacation needs. There are two bedrooms (no closets), each with queen-sized beds, one full bathroom, a living room with TV, and a sweet sun room with a trundle bed (two twin beds), TV, and sitting area.

The exterior includes a gas grill, outdoor shower, Adirondack chairs, table/benches, and a shed that includes beach chairs/beach cart. The parking is limited to two cars tandem style.

Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, and attractions ... you'll have a great stay at Blueberry Pines Cottage! All linens included (except for beach towels), and pets are welcome with approval and pet fee.

Great Vacation!!

This was the easiest trip I have ever planned with the help of Wendy Casey everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the cottage we were amazed at how clean it was and how cozy. Everything you could have imagined was there from books to read, games, a note to welcome us and my favorite blueberry jam. We will be back next year!!

This cottage has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Long Sands Beach. Wendy was so attentive and helpful. The shed has two beach wagons and 7 beach chairs, coolers too! The yard is so relaxing for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. A very short relaxing walk to Long Sands Beach! We had 3 adults and 3 children and our pup with us! I highly recommend this cottage!

Great vacation stay near the ocean!

My husband, pup and I had a really great stay here. Such a great little area that’s a short walk to the ocean. Lots of cute little amenities and attention to detail in the home. We had no issues checking in or out and the communication with the owners was seamless. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Clean

This was a perfect spot for us. Walking distance to the beach, had everything we needed. The house seems to be a single-wide trailer with an enclosed porch. Having said that, it was roomy enough for us all (me, my husband and 3 adult children) to have enough space. No closets, but hooks on the back of doors for hanging items. The bathroom had plenty of hooks for towels. I was surprised at the number of sleeping options as I think I didn’t realize the couch was a pullout sofa. So we had 2 queen beds, the pullout sofa and the day bed on the porch! Another nice surprise was the shed outside that had coolers, beach chairs (nice Tommy Bahama ones) and 2 carts to bring things down to the beach. The grill was nice and the outdoor shower was lovely! I can’t emphasize enough how clean the place was. We had an excellent time.
