The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. It had everything we needed! The beachfront location was fabulous. Loved the views and easy access to the beach!
Room 513 was spectacular! The apt is impeccably decorated and the view is amazing. Drinking coffee on the balcony was a simple highlight for us. The room is spacious and very special. We had everything we needed. I would say the only thing we felt we needed was a tree/stand for drying wet clothing when coming in from the beach. That would be our only recommendation.
Having been an owner in Loggerhead Cay, I can say this unit stands out for its exceptional interior design. The décor is beautifully done, and the views from both balconies are absolutely stunning.That said, there are a few issues worth noting. Like much of Sanibel post-Ian, the noseeums are a real challenge. I woke up Tuesday morning with red welts on both legs, and the management company unfortunately didn’t have any solutions to offer.The automated shades throughout the unit are a nice touch, but the lanai shades aren’t blackout, so the early morning sun makes it tough to sleep in. The same style of shade is in the smaller bedroom, and because it isn’t fully opaque, people walking through the hallway can see into the room at night.A simple set of instructions for the TVs would also be helpful. You have to use two remotes, and even my tech-savvy daughter couldn’t get the smaller bedroom TV working.I share all of this constructively, as the condo is lovely and just a few enhancements would make the experience even better.
Was surprised that the management of the property were not available until Monday of the check in. Very unusual. We thought we may have had an insect problem but had no one to clarify that we didn’t until Monday after a Saturday check in. Second bath had a leak that wasn’t addressed until Monday by shutting off the water to the sink. So no water in sink until Friday when plumber came to replace faucet and fix the issue.

thank you for the compliments on this gorgeous condo! we could not agree more! We are so sorry if, in our communications to you were not clear. To reiterate, we have an 800 number that gets emailed to guests upon booking.... that line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Essentially it is an emergency line, but it is answered. We are in office 6 days a week, with another dedicated employee answering calls for folks just like you on Sundays. Your plumbing issues was resolved 24 hours after check in according to the invoice, time stamp of disbatch etc. But.... we get it, island time evades us all! we certainly hope to see you again soon!
Great location. Easy checkin. Clean, and all new amenities, furniture, decorations, and tableware. Enjoyed the puzzle during the cold weather. Live TV channel would have been great.
