Year Round Log Cabin Built In 1989 On Long Lake (2,000 Sq Ft)

Five bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds on first floor.
• Master bedroom on second floor with queen bed and ceiling fan
• Bedroom with 4 twin beds on second floor and ceiling fan
• Bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan in walk-out basement

Family room with flat screen TV, CD, DVD, AM/FM stereo. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, barware and table to seat 7-9. Large open plan kitchen/living room with comfy chairs, TV and wood stove. Game table, wood stove, flat screen TV and slate pool table in the basement for recreation. Loft area for kids. Large deck with picnic table & gas grill. Private backyard with fire pit. 2 and ½ Bathrooms, one with shower stall, one with tub. Stacked washer & dryer.

Large dock and swim float, both with ladders. Deep water gradual entry. Three steps down into the water which slopes from 1 ft to 4 ft inside the dock. Water is 9 ft deep on outside of dock. Sitting area with rock border along the shore.


Room for 2 boats at same time to be docked. Local boat launches areas within 1 mile.

Direct access to Long Lake for boating, water skiing, sailing, and jet skiing (rentals available on lake).

Two grassy areas for playing.

Non-smoking only.

Shawnee Peak Ski area at Pleasant Mountain for hiking and biking within 30 minutes travel. Boat to Sebago Lake through historical Songo River Locks. Minutes to downtown Bridgton with restaurants, gift shops, antique shops, craft shops, art galleries, library, drive in movie theater (summer), Magic Lantern movie theatre (with pub!) and more. Near Saco River and Fryeburg 30 minutes West. Many area golf courses. Minutes from famous DeerTrees Theatre and Arts Center in Harrison. Naples boardwalks, lakeside dining, and Songo River Queen paddle boat tours on Long Lake. 45 minutes to tax free North Conway. 45 minutes to Sunday River ski area in Bethel Maine. 40 minutes to Storyland (Glenn NH) and Santa's Village (Jefferson NH). Near Harrison grass strip air field.

2 1/2 hours driving time from Boston.
