The reservation was confirmed by VRBO but I never received a code on the day of check in. I called the owner who said that the property was not available for rent for the entire month, which is the timeframe I had booked it for. I was told that it was supposed to have been taken down from the site. I had to scramble to find a new property for the entire month with no notice and spend two hours on the phone with VRBO to be refunded.
