Thanks for your review, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests is our top priority, and we understand the impact that these issues could've caused. We don't see any calls or work orders from you during your stay, we are always happy to come out and troubleshoot items like this with guests to make your stay better! We try to make the heating instructions (as there are no units with A/C here) as clear as possible. This unit has in floor radiant heat, so if it's set too high, you defintely could wake up uncomfortably warm as it goes up and down fairly slowly compared to forced heat. As for the faucets, they all are single temp - on the sinks and showers, so one will only produce cold and one will only produce hot, needing both on to create a perfect temp! We're here on behalf of the owner to keep an eye on major issues like heating and water as well and are happy to fix legitimate issues as quickly as possible for the comfort of our guests.

Thank you for your review, although we feel it may be unfair towards Great Western Lodging, due to an excessive cleaning fee/pet fee that was charged upon your departure. Per the signed check-in form all guests fill out, excessive clean fees may be incurred and dogs are not allowed in any of our units. Failure to follow the signed contract would result in a charge to the card on file, and possible eviction. Any problems with electrical outlets and tripped breakers were never reported. These are items we could've fixed immediately.
