This beautiful three bedroom townhome has just been remodeled and is located across the street from both the chairlift and Main Street. Featuring new furniture and decor in the living room as of the Summer of 2018, along with contemporary mountain furnishings and a spacious floorplan with vaulted living area, this townhome is one of our more popular choices for larger families. The kitchen features beautiful new cabinets and granite countertops. Guests thoroughly enjoy the 55" LED television in the living area, complete with Comcast's high-definition programming package. The master bedroom also features USB ports on both sides of the bed for easy charging, a vaulted ceiling, and the master bath features double vanities along with a tub and standup shower. Other highlights include a brand new private hot tub, televisions in each bedroom, complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, and garage parking. The Upper Village Pool area is adjacent to One Breckenridge Place and features an outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Spacious and comfortable townhouse a short walk fro Main Street
We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The hot tub was heated and ready to go. The living room was super comfy and it was a short walk from everything we needed.
Close to slopes and downtown. Can walk everywhere comfortably. Great space, comfortable, well equipped and the private hot tub is the cherry on top! Great stay!
Property was very nice and was as described in the ad. Property was close to all the attractions and the shuttle to get to any part of the ski mountain you wanted to go to! Will definitely be returning in the future!
Pictures are better than the property itself, rooms downstairs are small.

Spring Break 2023
The location was perfect. However, the quality, cleanliness and accuracy of this listing was grossly overstated. Carpet was filthy, mold was present in every bathroom shower, interior flooring and tiles were broken and in need of replacement (wobbly and could be lifted out in master bath), bathrooms were in poor working order with lights out, sinks not draining properly. Pictures were beautiful but property was not at the quality we expected. It was our first time in Breck so location was perfect for public transit to Peak 9 and central to groceries/downtown. We had a great time but the condo was sub-standard.
Excellent space for parents and two grown sons . Great arrangement for being together ,but also great for alone time.
Near the lift, plus garage was a plus as was the hot tub
We loved the location of this property. A bit off the main road and a 3 minute walk to the slopes and town. Hot tub was a plus too. Beds were comfy (including pull out).
Property was exactly as described! My family of 6 family had plenty of room to enjoy our weekend getaway. Loved that it was walking distance into Breckenridge! Private hot tub was the icing on the cake
This is an older property but most of Breckenridge properties are old. The pictures matched up to the place and it was what we wanted for the family to be comfortable - 3 bedroom each with their own bath. It is a 5 min walk to shops and the lifts on Peak 9 - family area. Even with it being March, there was still snow and ice but very manageable. Hot tub needed some maintenance and they were responsive to clean it out.
Great location, but showing it's age in a few places
This location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Ride-able distance to mountain biking trails. Walkable to the ski slopes if winter time. Quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was great. Plenty of space for everyone with separate suites. The kitchen was wonderful and the best stocked kitchen I've used compared to other VRBOs. It's awesome having a garage.
The only negatives were that the property is showing it's age in a few areas. The bathrooms are starting to show their age/wear. They are clean, but getting a bit dingy with age. The master bedroom bed is a sleep number bed and we couldn't get it to be comfortable no matter what we tried. The beds in the other bedrooms are not super comfortable either according to the people who stayed down there.
Overall, great location, place needs some updates, but price seems about right for the condition.

This was a great location, perfect size for dad and 3 sons
It was great to stay right across the street from downtown. The unit was clean and served the purpose well. And the jacuzzi was a nice extra. We would stay here again. This condo development was quiet.
There’s a sleep number bed in the master bedroom didn’t realize it And just thought the bed was super hard. We then found the remote and got errors when trying to change it. Finally in plugged and plugged it back in and it worked. Still not a fan of the sleep number bed. Everything else was great.
Lost one star because the refrigerator did not work, however, they did provide a backup mini-fridge. Wouldn't even be worth noting but we read about the bad refrigerator in other reviews but thought it surely had been fixed.
The place itself was wonderful for our family of 6. The hot tub right off the living space was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything!
Very close to downtown. We stayed in the summer so no skiing access needed. Place is very large inside great for friends or family together to eat or play games. Hot tub on deck was new and maintained well. They were skimpy on towels and soaps. They require returning keys to downtown office which made check out a little longer when trying to get out of town. Over if you want walkable to downtown and a big place it was great.
This property was exactly as advertised, very clean, and in a great location, just a short, easy walk from Main street in Breckenridge. My visit was in June, so we had lovely weather, and even made great use of the hot tub after a day of white water rafting in cold river water. The property was very comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. I would gladly stay here again, and recommend the place to anyone considering a stay in Breckenridge.
