Cute with awesome view

Very nice and updated property and great location. Perfect for my husband, dog, & me. The porch swing view over the river was so relaxing. The bed wasnt very comfortable but otherwise it was great.

What a fabulous rental!

Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Helen.

Anniversary trip

Very cute and clean! Loved the private balcony to enjoy sound of the river. Only complaint was how much you could hear upstairs and next door neighbors!!

Room was very nice and very clean. Alot of remodeling had been done and is very very nice. Porch was extremely nice with the swing. The bed slept fantastic. The towels were so soft. I hate to say anything bad but the only negative is that if someone is in the room beside you, where there is an adjoining door in the bedroom, you can hear almost everything they say.

Great location and views. Could walk everywhere (which was faster considering all of the traffic). Nice remodel and lots of space. Definitely could use a new mattress. We kept rolling to the center and didn’t sleep as well as we’d like. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t watch tv because the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect. Wi fi was hit and miss overall.

Great place to stay!

The place was very nice. The location was great! Right by the river was amazing! The only issue was the tvs. Very difficult to use and figure out. Had to call someone to come help and jm usually very good with electronics, but other than that it was fantastic.

Bed was soft and sinking in the middle, deck was infected with wasp and spider webs.

Same as above , old bed sinking in middle never got a good night sleep, hallway dirty, deck infected with wasp.
