TOES IN THE WATER! After enjoying your Nespresso coffee from the book nook area or outside by the firepit, slip on your bathing suit and walk over to Easton's beach or walk a little further to Surfers/Sachuest Beach. Decisions Decisions. Upon your return, take a nap in one of the two queen size beds with luxury hotel mattresses before you hop in the car or uber a 5 minute drive to one of the many bars and restaurants in downtown Newport. Feeling more lowkey, then walk to the local bars, restaurants and shops right here in Middletown.

This home is one of the original cottages in Easton's Point, but recently fully renovated with today's needs in mind. It is great for two couples, a small family, or a few friends looking for a peaceful easy getaway. Our home boasts a galley kitchen, open concept family rooms/dining area, two bedrooms, one large full bathroom (stand up shower), outdoor dining area, outdoor couches with firepit. This beach style home has been designed with a lot of attention to detail, wanting our guests to feel like they are on a true escape.

GENERAL: Free wifi, large 65+ flat-screen TV's, linens/regular and beach towels, central air, complimentary toiletries, first aid kit, hairdryer, steamer, trash bags, paper towels.
PARKING: 2 legal parking spots.

This is a wonderful beach cottage perfectly located to take advantage of all Newport has to offer yet on a quiet street so that you can relax at the end of the day.The house is nicely outfitted with everything you might need.

Charming Beach House with Lots of Outdoor Space

This small Middletown gem is a quick walk to family-friendly First Beach and has lots of outdoor space for relaxing, grilling, and eating—making it seem bigger than expected. Wonderful Beach Cottage

The home condition was pristine and comfortable. The interior was nicely done and we enjoyed the outside sitting area and grill. You can't beat the location for lovely walks and views.

Tom's Cottage Stay

This cottage and its location were perfect for the few days we wanted to spend in Newport. Literally steps away from Easton's Beach and a quick walk to the Cliff Walk route. Well appointed, comfortable, clean cottage in a great location!

Our family (mom, dad, 3 y/o & 7 y/o) enjoyed a week in the cottage mid July. We were comfortable and used almost all the amenities - including the first aid kit! ;) it was nice to be able to walk to the beach and to host another family outside for dinner one evening. With a child who still naps, we spent a lot of time at the cottage - which met and exceeded all of our needs.

Beautiful cottage - close to the beach and town

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach cottage!!! Lisa was a fantastic hostess and answered our questions immediately. The cottage was very cute and anything you could wish for was available and brand new. My favorite part about the cottage was the outdoor space. Lisa also has a property almost across the street. Both properties were beautifully decorated and with all amenities and then some. Thank you so much for sharing your Home with us!

Great location!

We have stayed in downtown Newport many times until we stayed in this cottage. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but yet be close enough to enjoy the nightlife and shopping as you wish. It’s also a great location to get to the beaches. The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was nice for relaxing after returning home from the beach and for cooking out the grill. The owner was very responsive and took great care to make sure we were all set upon check-in. We also had one small issue that needed to be dealt with and she took care of things right away. You can take a short walk up the street and enjoy the lovely sunset. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay!
