• No parties or excessive noise. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
++ $500 fine for the first noise complaint

++ Immediate cancellation without refund for the third
• Only registered guests are permitted.
++ $50/person per night fine for undisclosed guests and/or booking cancellation without refund

General House Rules
• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
++ Late checkout fees: $100 (after 30 mins); full day rate (after 2 hours)
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM
++ Note: Church bell may ring between 6 AM – 6 PM
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances of any kind
++ $1,000 penalty per violation
• No pets or animals of any kind
++ Service animals welcome with $500 refundable deposit
• Leave the home reasonably clean
++ $500 penalty for excessive trash or deep cleaning
• Use designated bins for garbage disposal
• Maintain A/C between 70ºF and 78ºF
++ Do not lower below 67ºF as it’ll break the unit
• Do not unplug electronics (TVs, Xbox, routers, soundbars, lamps, etc.)
• Return furniture to original location
++ Damage fees applied for stains or breakage.
• No special use (professional photography, filming, drones, RVs, commercial activities) without prior approval
• No fireworks, firearms, or open flames
• Illegal activities strictly prohibited
• Adult supervision required for children at all times, in all indoor and outdoor areas

Violation of any house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a loss of your security deposit (if any). These policies are in place to ensure the highest quality standards of your stay and to respect our home and neighborhood.

Property Surveillance Disclosure
• Four (4) Exterior Blink cameras monitor the front and rear entry points solely intended for security purposes:
++ Front door, back door, driveway, and backyard
++ Video and audio recording 24/7 in response to motion
++ No cameras are placed inside the home to protect your privacy

• Nest Minis located in the living room, dining room, and kitchen
++ May collect audio and data in accordance with Nest’s privacy policy
++ Devices may be unplugged at any time
