It can be improved

This was the first time this house has been rented, so some rookie mistakes. No TV in the main living area or any rooms. The silverware was dirty. The towels were brand new but never washed and there was fur all over you after drying off. No trash can in the master bathroom. Dining room seats, table, dishwasher and kitchen trash can were all dirty. The pictures showed the main sitting area to have a couch and two chairs, but the two chairs were missing. We enjoyed our stay, DJ was great, but it needs work.
