This property was exactly as we expected with the location to all the activities of Hampton Beach being the prime draw. You can't beat the location especially considering parking was provided. It's a very basic two bedroom without a lot of frills, but it was exactly what we wanted for our two night stay, and the fact that it was pet friendly was huge for us!

It was alright and peaceful and clean and a nice view. Price would of been more reasonable without this app lol but was a good 3 day stay. Liked it was pet friendly.

Loved this place! Lawrence was great and was super easy to communicate with. The description doesn’t do the place justice. It is no frills but has 2 small bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. The location is great. Would definitely go back!

Good location. A run down property that needs attention. Host charged way to much for our two night stay. We were very disappointed.
