Cute, backyard Cottage close to All!

Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping.
** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.
The space
A beautiful space that was converted to a cottage. High ceilings with exposed beams gives it lots of great character. Vizio flat screen TV with Netflix. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, sink, dishes, and silverware. The bed is a queen and is very comfortable. Please note there is no couch and the bed is pushed against one wall. There are several hangers for your clothes and a full sized mirror, iron & ironing board. Oscillating fan and space heater. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, hair dryer all included. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

I have an outdoor Ring camera pointed at the walkway.
Guest access
This is your private space. We share a yard with you. This cottage sits behind our house in the backyard. You have a private side entrance to the yard and private access to the cottage. Our children sometimes (rarely) play in the backyard. I sometimes have my very friendly yellow lab, but he will not be in the yard unattended, if at all.
