Note 1: The availability of amenities depends on the condominium and is beyond our control. If you need a specific amenity, please check its availability before making a reservation.

Note 2: The apartment in Tower 3000 is near a beach club that plays music from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM only from Friday to Sunday. Keeping the balcony doors closed, the sound is reduced. Many guests enjoy the club's music, but for others it may be bothersome. For those who prefer a quieter environment, we have other options available.

Our apartment is located in the prestigious Grand Venetian condominium, in the north hotel zone of Puerto Vallarta, on the 17th floor, offering a panoramic view. The space, decorated in a modern style and equipped with various amenities such as a washer, stove, microwave, and more, will make you feel at home. We strive to provide all the necessary comforts to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

1- When booking with us, only the number of people included in the reservation will be granted access. Additional guests may incur additional costs. Please note that pets and visitors are NOT allowed in the Grand Venetian condominium. To complete your registration at the condominium, we will need the following information:

Photo of an official ID (Driver's license or Passport).

Full names of all guests.

Phone number. This information is required and must be sent as soon as possible to complete your registration. If not provided, security will not allow entry, and you will have to wait the necessary time to complete your registration. If you wish to cancel for this reason, we reserve the right not to refund according to our platform's policies. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

2- All necessary instructions for accessing the accommodation will be provided, and we will be available at all times if you need support. Inside the apartment you will find the following:

Condominium regulations.

Wristbands for the condominium (depending on the number of guests indicated in the reservation).

An access card.

The apartment keys.

A manual with recommendations.

When booking with us, we will share these manuals digitally. It is important to take care of all these elements, as each has a replacement cost that will be indicated upon arrival at the accommodation. If any of these items are missing, please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide them.

3- In our accommodation we offer the following complimentary items: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a small bar of neutral soap, a shampoo dispenser in the shower, a dish soap dispenser, a sponge in good condition, one trash bag for each day of your stay, and a water jug. If the guest needs an additional water jug, they should leave the empty jug outside their door with 50 pesos underneath and notify us so we can replace it. If any of these items are missing on the day of your arrival, please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide them.

4- We strive to keep our accommodations in optimal conditions to ensure you enjoy your stay. If any inconvenience with the services arises, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing the situation as soon as possible and trying to resolve it to the best of our ability, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

5- The accommodation includes reasonable electricity usage per night, detailed in the apartment regulations. If this consumption is exceeded, an extra charge will apply. This is mainly because some guests leave the air conditioning on all day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining responsible energy use.

6- It is essential to respect and obey the condominium regulations, as non-compliance may result in financial penalties. We invite you to read the regulations carefully, as security guards are authorized to impose fines. If you or your guests receive a financial penalty, you will be informed of the infraction committed and the cost of the sanction. You will be responsible for paying any fines imposed.

7- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We ask you to respect this schedule to allow the arrival of new guests and give the cleaning staff the necessary time to prepare the apartment. If you need to leave a little later, please check with us in advance to verify availability. Upon departure, we ask that you leave the apartment as you found it. In case of loss or damage, please inform us as soon as possible. If, after your departure, the property, furniture, or linens require extraordinary cleaning, an additional charge equivalent to the established cleaning cost will be applied. This includes:

Stained towels or bed linen.

Stained upholstery.
