Lovely holiday apartment

Our apartment is situated at the end of a blind alley. There is a private parking place for your car. It is a 40m² apartment, modern and comfortably furnished.
One of the bedrooms has a double-bed and the other has a bunk-bed. A baby bed may be used free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with every necessary piece, e.g. a two-hotplate cooker. In the house you may use a washing machine and a dryer for a small fee.
You may use two bicycles for your comfort, free of charge. Please note: Smoking is not allowed in our apartment.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern mit toller Ausstattung. Mehr braucht es nicht. Der direkte Kontakt nit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt und Bäckerei) und der Zoo. Auch die Fußgängerzone, der Kurpark und die Promenade sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch wenn die Wohnung eher Richtung Ortsrand liegt. Als Tourist mit Ostholsteiner "Migrationshintergrund" und 40-jähriger Grömitzerfahrung kenne ich aber natürlich auch alle Abkürzungen. ;-) Gerne wieder.

Top FeWo in super Lage

Schöne kleine FeWo und guter Lage. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter da und haben uns wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage in Grömitz verbracht. Es war alles da was man braucht und unsere Tochter ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer. Kleine Terrasse wo man mal gemütlich sitzen konnte und der Parkplatz direkt an der Terrasse zum be- und entladen. Zu Fuß zum Strand und Zentrum ca 15 - 20 Minuten. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit,damit ging's schneller Aber auch zu Fuß kein Problem. Zum Zoo der übrigens sehr schön ist waren es 4 Minuten zu Fuß.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Schlüssel und Ostseekarten kamen eine Woche vorher bei uns an. Alles bestens, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank an Frau Becker für ihre Bemühungen und Gastfreundschaft! Beste Grüße!

Kleine aber schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt klein und kompakt, man hat alles was man braucht außer Gewürze Küche sonst sehr gut ausgestattet Ansonsten war alles sehr schön.. Zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten zum Strand. Leider kein Backofen vorhanden Kommen gerne wieder

Schöne kleine FeWo

Ich habe hier eine Woche mit meinen beiden Kindern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, reicht aber völlig aus. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, man kommt fußläufig in 10 Min zu Supermärkten und in 20 Min an die Seebrücke. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke an die Gastgeber.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas abseits, oberhalb des Zoss Arche Noah. Hauseigener Parkplatz, direkt an der Wohnung, verbringen des Gepäcks direkt über die Terasse möglich. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Pluspunkt: kleine Terasse mit Strandkorb. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Aufenhalt in der Geegnd die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Nie wieder diese Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist vollgestopft. Das Schlafzimmer ist eine Rumpelkammer. Was hat dort eine Leiter, Wäscheständer und Schuhständer zu suchen? Die Lüftung im Bad geht nicht. Nach dem grossen Geschäft haben wir die Terrassentür öffnen müssen, sonst hätte die ganze Wohnung gerochen.

Der defekte Ventilator im Bad tut uns leid. Leider haben Sie uns erst nach Ihrer Abreise informiert, daher hatten wir keine Möglichkeit uns darum zu kümmern. Der Wäscheständer und das Schuhregal stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Auf Grund der Größe der Wohnung gibt es nicht viele Möglichkeiten die Gegenstände aufzubewahren. Da Sie nur 2 Personen waren, hätten Sie die Gegenstände gern ins Kinderzimmer stellen können, damit sie Sie nicht gestört hätten.

Kurzurlaub an der See

Wir haben in Grömitz einen kleinen Kurzurlaub verlebt und sind total zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung von Familie Becker. Alles ist sehr neu, sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist gut sortiert und mehr als alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Familie hat gut geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
