This place was so quiet and quaint. Had a family of four on a stop-over to Grand Junction. It was clean and had plenty of room for a short stay! The host was wonderful and responsive to our questions. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Peaceful Stay near Rifle

Our stay was a very positive experience and I highly recommend it. We had access to more than enough amenities, and the host was very responsive. It was a joy interacting with the different farm animals.

Beautiful and Cozy

The property is beautiful and easy to find, as long as you read the instructions. The property owner was so nice and friendly. She was also very quick to respond to any of our questions. We were able to see some farm animals, and the host even let us see their new puppies. The unit is very well stocked, and the host even included some fresh eggs. It is about a 30 minute drive to Glenwood Springs but we didn't mind because the drive was very beautiful. The check-in and check out process was incredibly easy.

We had such a nice time at the Flop Spot! The property was lovely. The space was comfortable, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We loved being greeted by the owners dogs and cats. We hope to make it back there someday.
