This Newly fully furnished and decorated tri-level townhouse with approx. 1800 square feet offers three En-Suite bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms. The second floor has a half bath, fully applianced cherry cabinet kitchen with corian counter tops, the living room is furnished with off white leather sleep sofa, love seat and chair, and dining area with a full size glass top dining table large enough to seat six. our bar stools at kitchen counter. The living room boasts a 55” 1080P Flat Screen TV with movie & sports channels along with hardwood floors installed 2017.

The townhouse has been completely furnished in a contemporary nautical décor which included all new hotel quality mattresses. The third floor has a Master bedroom with a King bed and 40" HD flat panel TV along with private full bath with double vanity/sinks. The second bedroom has two Full size beds a 32" HD flat panel TV and a second full bathroom. The first floor has another Master bedroom with a King bed with 32" HD flat panel TV and private full bathroom. High definition Cable television (200 channels) and high speed Wireless Internet access are included in the price! In unit laundry (full size washer and dryer) located in the private garage eliminates the need for double packing! This unit has a private driveway that allows parking directly in front of home, with access to public parking spaces free of charge


Vista Cay resort is an upscale 5 Star gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library

Great home base for spring break!

Our family had stayed at park resort properties in our previous visits to Orlando. We were looking for a different experience and more space than a hotel room. Great layout and plenty of room for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Perfect for convention center

I booked this for myself and staff to attend a hair show located at the convention center. It is a $9 Uber ride away, had shops within walking distance. Great cupcake spot on the corner. Pool was a little hard to find and not really close but was awesome. Loved the jazz music playing when we arrived.

Great townhouse set-up, clean, roomy, well-equipped- Kitchen minimally but adequately supplied for very basic meal-preparation. Location super central for most Orlando stuff- Right next to Convention Center, short Uber ride to Universal, Disney further away (but not far). Very clean, manager super responsive, will def. come back.

Clean townhome close to I-drive

The townhome was clean with plenty of space. The only downside is the master bedroom faces a busy road. Cars can be heard passing by most hours. Construction during our stay didn't help. The complex and rental itself were both great.

Great Find!

We were planning a few day business meeting / planning trip and need a location with space to spread out. This townhouse / condo was perfect. The communication with the owner was fast. There were a couple of SMALL issues (T.V. remotes and such), which we let them know about. He offered to send someone over but since it was not a big issue for us, we said no need. It was really more just letting him know for future guests. Layout was great for our needs. PLENTY of space so we were not on top of each other (most of our trip was spent at the unit). Did not really seem like a resort as much as a really nice apartment / townhouse / condo community which was perfect for us. The roads around the complex (even though they were 6 lanes) were not that busy at all. We found a great little restaurant near by (about 1/2 mile) and walked over for breakfast and lunch. At night, plenty of nice places near by to eat at plus there are a lot of fun things close (we went to Top Golf just down the road). We would certainly consider this rental if we come back down. Great condo, complex, location and owner.

Nice townhome conveniently located near Icon Park

Beautiful and spacious townhome with access to nice amenities. Oreos were a nice welcoming gift on arrival. Only issue is parking if more than 2 vehicles as you can't use the garage. Spaces are available for additional vehicle(s), just may have to park further away from home.

Love coming to vista cay resorts

Every year we go to Orlando with our family. Last year we found this townhome and rented it! We loved it so much we came back this year. The townhome is clean and most of all quiet. It has. Resort like feel without being piled on top of each other. The townhome has three floors. The main bedroom is two floors away from the two upstairs which I personally love because I put the teenagers down there and they can be as loud as they want and are two floors away from the toddler and infant. Each room had a bathroom which makes it so nice. We will always rent from them because we always enjoy our stay!

Long weekend stay

Perfect location to the Orange County Conference and Seaworld. Nice condo layout. However needed some deep cleaning and painting. Beds were clean and comfy, towels were provided. However had to call the owner because the dust, dirty corners and moldings, stains on carpet and cobb webs on dining room chandelier. He was responded quickly and sent someone over to dust the MB headboard. Management company called, and pictures were sent. Very nice place, just needs some deep cleaning and updating.
